By registering for ProManage Vision, you agree you will accept all electronic communications from us (including but not limited to ProManage, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A Brochure and Part 2B Brochure Supplement, and any information or other documents we may need to provide) at your email address and will not make any claims against us if you do not receive any communication we send to your email address. An email may direct you to log in to your account to review documents on the Vision website. You agree that such communications will serve as effective delivery when sent by ProManage even if you don’t receive it in a timely manner or at all. You agree to notify us promptly if your email address changes. Your consent will be effective immediately. You will need to review and agree to the “Disclosure and Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures” before accessing ProManage Vision.
You may always request a paper copy of regulatory communications such as ProManage’s Form ADV Part 2A and ADV Part 2B by mailing your request to: Vision Compliance, ProManage, LLC, 130 E. Randolph Street, Suite. 2825, Chicago, IL 60601 . We reserve the right to verify, via email, your request for a paper copy of regulatory communications.
If you later wish to revoke consent to electronic delivery of communications, you must mail your written, signed revocation to: Vision Compliance, ProManage, LLC, 130 E. Randolph Street, Suite. 2825, Chicago, IL 60601 . Please note: We will not charge you a fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications; however, by revoking consent to electronic communications your access and use of Vision may likely be restricted or terminated. We will of course require a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request before the withdrawal can be effective.

NOTE: If you see the message “Your data has been found!” prior to entering data in the “Find your existing account” fields, or you immediately return to this page after clicking “Register”, your browser options may not be set to meet our system requirements. Do not proceed until this is done. Once the settings are changed, you will want to close out of all your browsers prior to returning to log in or register again.
